To check codes via mobile phone you need the free software NeoReader.
You can download this software by typing get.neoreader.com in your handset's web browser. You can find more information at www.neoreader.com. The software is available in the following languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
You can install NeoReader directly after the download. Your mobile phone should be identified automatically during the installation. Otherwise a list is displayed from which you have to select the manufacturer and type of your mobile phone.
NeoReader can be used intuitively. For any questions regarding the use of this software please read our user guide for barcode checking. When you use NeoReader for the first time, you will be asked to enter some personal information (e.g. age and sex). You can but you do not need to enter this data.
List of supported mobile phones:
- All current mobile phones with camera function are supported, even iPhones, Windows Mobile based phones and Blackberrys
- Requirements: min. 2 mega pixel, for optimal results 3 or more mega pixel with autofocus
