TecBasic Supply is a solution administered centrally by TecCom to provide suppliers with the capability to receive inquiries, express orders and stock orders from their customers without using their own systems. TecCom installs a database mirroring the article data of the supplier’s own merchandise management system. Communication with the customer takes place using this database. In order to provide the customer with the most current information, the update of database and merchandise management system takes place at defined intervals.
