TecLocal – The Solution for Order Processing

TecComfort Order

Comfort Order gives complete access to all functionalities of electronic order processing directly from your ERP system. For the communication between the ERP and TecCom an interface is implemented, which is customized for your software. This full integration mode enables you to send inquiries and orders directly from your ERP system. The responses of the suppliers can automatically be transferred into your ERP system for further processing.

With Comfort Order TecCom is fully integrated into your ERP system with the following functions:

  • Seamless links in the order process - all steps are integrated in one process from availability inquiries to invoice data
  • You receive availability information, despatch advice and other documents directly online from the suppliers - you can react quickly and flexibly
  • Product data is imported from the ERP system - reducing errors in part identification
  • Orders are created in the ERP system as usual and then sent online - saving time in the daily order management.

With the integration of transaction related documents into your ERP system you can easily monitor the status of an order to optimize the warehouse management.


TecClassic Order

Classic Order provides all the basic functions to prepare and send stock orders electronically. The trader can send orders directly from his merchandise management system. A suitable interface is available to connect TecCom to the trader’s system.

With Classic Order the part buyer can

  • Use article data from electronic part catalogs, thus reducing data entry errors
