The TecConversion Center makes possible the simple and universal exchange of EDI and CAP messages between trader and supplier. Traders can reach all suppliers who have TecCom. Suppliers can also send CAP and EDI messages to TecCom traders who do not use these formats or do not even have EDI systems. If the supplier sends a reverse message – order confirmation, delivery notification, invoice – to a trader,  the Conversion Center brings it into the format the trader has requested.

TecCom can convert to or from almost any  format. It is possible to convert from

• CAP to TXML
• EDI to TXML
• TXML to CAP or EDI
• CAP to CAP
• EDI to EDI

FTP, OFTP and HTTPS are available as transmission protocols.

The particular advantage to wholesalers is the possibility to reach all available suppliers with a single communications channel.

TecCom suppliers can accept converted orders from traders with EDI systems, load them in their merchandise management systems and process them just like other TecCom orders.
