The board of directors of TecCom GmbH and TecDoc Informations System GmbH have decided to start a project to analyse and evaluate a possible merger of the two companies. The project team will work on the details of the merger and develop a decision paper. Should the Shareholders of TecCom and TecDoc approve this paper during an extraordinary Shareholders´ Assembly, the new company can start at the beginning of 2010. The project is managed by the two CEOs, spokesman for the project management is Mr. Jürgen Buchert, CEO of TecCom GmbH.

The goals of the merger are on one hand to bundle resources and on the other hand to offer the solution portfolio from one source.
