With TecComfort Supply SAP Cockpit suppliers can now access incoming customer transactions directly in their SAP systems. The processes of TecOrder order receipt are now displayed directly in SAP without media breaks. A specially developed user interface makes it possible to filter results and display them as a list. Erroneous entries can be corrected in the Cockpit and booked anew. Follow-on flows can also be started directly.

The SAP Cockpit is available to all suppliers who already use TecComfort Supply SAP for electronic order processing. Incoming customer transactions can be observed with the new module using the familiar GUI of the SAP system.

The individual view of the transactions can be comfortably set using an hierarchical filter. It is possible to filter according to time period, message type, status or also according to message data such as sales organisation. Erroneous orders can be corrected directly in the SAP system and booked. In order to optimally customise the module for individual requirements it is possible to use SAP Customizing to define basic settings, process groups, error groups and e-mail recipients.

With the new add-on TecCom continues its strategy of standardisation through process integration in the SAP environment. In addition to TecComfort Supply SAP Cockpit, SAP components are already available for sending reverse messages (order confirmation, despatch advice and invoice), for sending invoices with qualified electronic signatures, for the exchange of business data and for stock optimisation.
