NRF now working with TecOrder
| Cooling system specialist NRF from Emmerich in the Emsland is now successfully making use of the TecCom product TecOrder. Customers of NRF can now use the order platform to transfer electronic inquiries and orders to NRF, where they are entered directly into the merchandise management system. The number of orders which arrive at NRF on paper or in a format which is not machine-processable will therefore be dramatically reduced. |

Together with the pilot customer Matthies from Hamburg, a spare parts dealer, the people responsible at NRF have rigorously tested the system. It is now planned that all the customers in western and eastern Europe will gradually be connected. In future NRF also wants to send the customer electronic order confirmations, delivery announcements and invoices.
Many benefits
TecOrder has established itself on the independent car spares market as a recognised standard solution for electronic order processing. NRF has also recognised the benefits and is making full use of this solution.
The benefits for NRF are obvious: order processing can increasingly be automated. This will significantly relieve the workload of the staff involved in order processing. They can focus on other tasks and become more productive.
Electronic transfer of the inquiries and orders will improve the data quality and minimise errors in order entry. This will result in fewer incorrect deliveries and returns. At the same time response times will be reduced and productivity will be enhanced by automating the individual steps.
Large range
NRF was founded in 1927 and is today one of the leading manufacturers of radiators, cooling networks, intercoolers, oil coolers, box coolers and components for air-conditioning systems. The company also produces and develops heat exchange systems. Its products are used around the world. NRF’s customers include vehicle manufacturers and industrial concerns, shipyards and, of course, the spare parts market. High quality and perfect service are of great importance for NRF.
Over 5,000 articles are available to the customers of NRF as spare parts. This enables the company to satisfy all customer wishes quickly. If required, special designs are also produced. NRF has an extremely broad product range. For example, the people in Emmerich specialise in the development and production of high-quality radiators for various applications. The radiators are fitted as original equipment and are also available on the spare parts market for cars and trucks. The cooling specialist also manufacture condensers, compressors, driers, vaporisers, ventilators and other components for air-conditioning systems. Intercoolers and oil coolers complete the range.
