Since the middle of June users of the solutions in TecCom Workplace can enjoy several improvements. The new version supports Internet Explorer as well as Firefox. The modern design of the graphic user interface (GUI) is easier to use and makes it more fun to work.

Language selection “on the fly” and the new search function make daily tasks easier. In addition the performance and stability of the platform are improved even further. With TecCom Workplace it is possible to access different solutions, for example TecWarranty, the solution for electronic warranty handling, or TecBusinessMonitor, the solution for detailed use reports. The functions and steps to use these applications have not been changed in the new design.
