The use of electronic invoice processing saves a lot of time and money for both invoice senders and recipients. With TecInvoice Express, TecCom offers a fast solution to send and receive electronic invoices with legally valid signatures requiring no technical effort. The only technical requirement is that the invoice or credit note must be available in PDF format.

Invoice senders can convert right away to paperless invoice traffic with TecInvoice Express, no matter what their IT environment is. This way they can save printing and postage costs. 

For invoice recipients TecInvoice Express has the big advantage of receiving all invoices electronically at once. This is particularly important when invoices come from many different sources.

TecInvoice Express analyses the invoice data in the PDF and converts it to the xml format that can be processed automatically. This can be used for automated checks of incoming invoices (TecInvoice Control), which makes invoice processes even more efficient. At the same time a legally valid signature is attached to the PDF document.

The system checks that the signature is valid and generates a test report for the invoice recipient. The invoice is forwarded to the recipient; he can choose to receive invoices as e-mail, in an electronic invoice portal or archive, or directly in his ERP system or a local archive.
