ZF Services and Coparts Optimise Invoice Processes with TecInvoice
Win-Win Situation for Industry and Trade

Reduce costs, save time, work more efficiently and do something good for the environment at the same time: The switch to electronic invoice processing offers invoice senders and receivers substantial benefits. ZF Services GmbH and COPARTS have successfully completed the conversion to paperless invoices with the solution TecInvoice. ZF Services GmbH is responsible worldwide for providing the trade business with replacement parts as well as service and customer service activities from ZF. COPARTS is a cooperative of automotive part specialists in trade and garage.      ZF und Coparts

For suppliers and wholesalers in the independent automotive replacement part market, TecCom offers tailored solutions to automate invoice processes with TecInvoice. The principle is simple: ZF Services generates the invoice in their SAP system and sends it to the TecCom platform. The invoice is provided with a legally valid signature, verified and sent to the receiver COPARTS. Through the complete integration of TecInvoice, ZF Services receives a response message direct in SAP, the invoices go through a monitoring system and are archived electronically. This provides the maximum transparency, because each step of the process is documented and can be tracked at any time.

ZF Services was one of the driving forces behind the development and introduction of the TecInvoice solution. The goal: to optimise all invoice processes between industry and trade and create a true win-win situation for invoice senders and receivers. Conversion to paperless invoices offers a whole series of benefits, including less effort to book and check invoices, discounts due to shorter processing times, better data quality, the possibility of automating the checking of incoming invoices and faster access to invoices.

And saving the best for last: electronic invoices play an important role in environmental protection. According to the Mid-Term Report of the European Commission Expert Group on e-Invoicing, the CO2 burden can be reduced by up to 3 million tons per year by eliminating paper in invoice traffic.1

Alexander Saiz, coordinator of eServices for ZF Services, is convinced of the efficiency of the TecInvoice solution. “In my opinion TecInvoice is the best electronic invoice solution in the world. TecCom provides all modules to execute the complete process electronically, from generation to automatic incoming invoice checks, from workflow-based approval to archiving.

The uniquely integrated connection of legally valid signed signatures and electronic data to process in the ERP system is particularly noteworthy. Our customers save real money with this solution – invoice by invoice."

In order to ensure fast availability and maximum service quality, ZF Services has 4,200 competent employees working around the globe in a dense network of its own offices and with selected partner businesses. Continuity in contact, powerful logistics and the most modern information technology are decisive for ZF Services in order to supply international customers quickly, reliably and on schedule. TecInvoice and the additional TecCom solutions are important components of this strategy. This is because they make it possible to make the business processes between ZF Services and trade customers slimmer and more efficient, providing optimum service to the customer.
