Sales and Support Assistant
As a member of our highly motivated international sales team, you are responsible for achieving the Regional sales budget, observing company rules in terms of ethics and profitability, providing regionally required solutions in the interest of TecCom and TecDoc shareholders, increasing sales numbers and customer satisfaction.
Key Activities:
- Drive sales of all TecCom and TecDoc products, by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities
- Sales presentations and offers to data suppliers, distributors, jobbers and garages. Travel in support of sales or training meetings, customer site visits, and/or trade shows
- Monitoring customer accounts, providing data and reports to help the sales team, keeping track of sales targets
Work closely with the internal team members, with customer administration, customer service, technical support
- Coordinate technical support for Italian customers
Support and consultancy function for TecCom Brand Partners, TecDoc Data Suppliers, wholesalers and jobbers
Skills and characteristics
- Knowledge and skills in the Automotive Aftermarket
- Sales & Marketing skills
- Native language Italian, good written and verbal English
- Good customer care and organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good computer and keyboard skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Your tasks
- Consulting of TecCom SAP solutions regarding IT processes and implementation in the automotive part market especially on site throughout Europe
- Project management and coordination of international customer projects
- Establishment of TecCom consulting competence
- Mapping of IT and interface environments
- Conception and execution of consulting workshops as well as internal and external trainings
- Working closely with and acting as the external contact for our clients and the internal contact for sales and implementation departments
Our requirements
- University degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology or similar
- Work experience in a consulting role within SAP environment
- Very good knowledge of SAP, especially SD an MD modules. QM module desirable
- Knowledge of design, customising, operation and development of the NetWeaver and PI Architecture
- Solid technical understanding and knowledge in Windows and/or Unix/Linux environments and also in XML technology
- Knowledge in the area of date interchange (i.e. BAPI, iDoc, RFC) and communication interfaces
- Good project management skills

- Responsible for development of customer exits
- Realisation of updates, upgrades and data migration
Providing international 2nd level support

Our requirements

Your tasks
- Responsible for conception, realisation and maintenance of TecCom solutions (in particular for TecCMI and TecCMD).
- Working closely with sales and product management and acting as the IT contact person regarding inventory management, forecasting, replenishment and master data exchange.
- Technical consulting and implementation of TecCom solutions in the automotive part market (especially traders, suppliers also), remote and on site throughout Europe.
- Project management and coordination of international projects.
- Building software specifications and documentation of development progress.
Our requirements
- University degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Logistics or similar
- Several years of experience in consulting and/or implementation of IT process solutions
- Work experience within the information systems of an industrial trading or manufacturing company
- Very good knowledge of IT processes, e-business tools and/or e-commerce systems
- Good knowledge of databases and knowledge of modern programming languages desirable as well as experience in Windows and/or Unix/Linux environments
- Knowledge in warehouse logistics, statistics and mathematics desirable
