| Neutrality of CAP standard administration will be ensured by two committees with an equal representation from the traders and the manufacturers.
A technical user group will complement the already existing Advisory Council. The Advisory Council will meet twice per year, review the current status and decide on any further development as well as the financing of the CAP initiative.
